…for our downtown revitalization plan, to include incentive funds to move downtown factories to an industrial park and to convert those sites into retail shops.

…for funds for Westfield State College to expand educational and cultural facilities into the downtown.

…to begin the process to have a commuter rail link from Westfield to Springfield that will join up to the High Speed Rail linking Boston to Springfield to New York City,

…for road improvements along the 202/10 corridor.
